By accessing or using TeamTerra.ai ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Terra Solutions Contractors & Investments LLC, operating as TeamTerra.ai ("TeamTerra").
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including workers, contractors, companies, and other hiring parties ("seekers"), and to every channel through which the Platform is offered: our mobile applications, our website, public profile pages (TerraCards), and the TeamTerra WhatsApp Channel.
Electronic acceptance. You may accept these Terms by creating an account or profile, by tapping or clicking an acceptance button (including a button presented inside the WhatsApp messaging service), or by continuing to use the Platform after the Terms have been presented to you. Under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001) and the Florida Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Fla. Stat. § 668.50), your electronic acceptance is a valid electronic signature with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. TeamTerra keeps a record of each acceptance, including the phone number or account identifier, the date and time, the identifier of the WhatsApp message or app session, and the version of the documents accepted.
We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes by posting the new version with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email, in-app notice, or a message in a conversation you have with us. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
TeamTerra.ai is a technology platform that facilitates connections between skilled workers and contractors, businesses, or individuals seeking services in the construction and skilled-trades industries and other service trades. TeamTerra operates solely as a neutral technology intermediary. Parts of the Platform, including the WhatsApp Channel, are operated by automated systems, including artificial intelligence.
TEAMTERRA IS NOT AN EMPLOYER, STAFFING AGENCY, OR EMPLOYMENT AGENCY. TEAMTERRA CONNECTS — IT DOES NOT CERTIFY OR GUARANTEE.
Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), TeamTerra is not the publisher or speaker of user-generated content on the Platform, including profiles, messages, ratings, photos, and portfolio or project content, and bears no legal liability for content created by its users.
3.1 The Channel. TeamTerra offers certain Platform services through the WhatsApp messaging service (the "WhatsApp Channel"), from TeamTerra's official WhatsApp Business number. WhatsApp is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc.; your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms of service and privacy policy.
3.2 Automated assistant. Conversations on the WhatsApp Channel are handled by an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence and rule-based systems — not by a person, unless we expressly say so. The assistant currently answers in Spanish. Automated answers may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. TeamTerra personnel may review Channel conversations for quality, safety, and support. Some requests are handled by TeamTerra staff: requests for personnel sent by hiring parties (Section 7.2), messages that report an urgent safety situation, suggestions of trades not yet on our list, and photos held for manual review.
3.3 Voice notes and photos. If you send a voice note, it is converted to text by automated speech-to-text technology so the assistant can process it. Photos you send are checked by automated content-moderation technology; a photo that the automated check cannot decide on is kept private until it is reviewed, and it is never published before it is approved. The service providers involved are described in our Privacy Policy.
3.4 Profiles created on WhatsApp. You may create a worker profile, or a hiring-party (seeker) profile, directly through the WhatsApp Channel without downloading the mobile application (a "network profile"). A network profile is a TeamTerra account for all purposes of these Terms, identified by your phone number. Each account has one role (worker or hiring party). Where the feature is available, you may later access the same account in the mobile application by providing your email address and completing the activation link we send you.
3.5 Messages you receive. The messages TeamTerra sends on WhatsApp, and how to stop them, are described in our Messaging & Consent Policy (teamterra.ai/messaging). When you create a worker profile, tapping [Acepto, crear perfil] is your express written consent, signed electronically (Section 1), to receive WhatsApp messages about your profile, work opportunities, and TeamTerra Pro, within the limits of that Policy. You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or BAJA, and resume them by writing HOLA. Message frequency varies with your activity; your carrier's message and data rates may apply.
This Section applies to every user of the Platform on every channel — the mobile applications, the website, and the TeamTerra WhatsApp Channel (including its automated assistant) — whether you are a worker or a contractor, company, or other hiring party.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By creating an account or profile — including by tapping an acceptance button in the WhatsApp Channel — you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
IF YOU ARE USING THIS PLATFORM TO SEEK OR OFFER WORK:
You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to work in the United States under all applicable federal and state immigration and employment laws, including the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA). You further warrant that you possess all required work visas, permits, authorizations, and documentation required by United States law.
TEAMTERRA DOES NOT VERIFY IMMIGRATION STATUS OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. TeamTerra expressly disclaims all responsibility for verifying the legal work authorization status of any user. Each user is solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all applicable immigration laws. Contractors, companies, and other hiring parties are solely responsible for conducting their own E-Verify checks and work authorization verification as required by law, and represent and warrant that they comply with all applicable immigration and employment laws when they engage any worker they meet through the Platform.
ALL USERS OF THIS PLATFORM WHO PERFORM OR RECEIVE WORK ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, NOT EMPLOYEES OF TEAMTERRA. The relationship between workers and hiring parties established through this Platform is that of independent contractor, not employment.

6.1 No verification, certification, or endorsement. TeamTerra does not verify, certify, endorse, or guarantee any user's identity, credentials, licenses, insurance, skills, qualifications, quality of work, or legal compliance.
6.2 Self-reported and Platform-generated information. Profile information such as name, trade, years and level of experience, languages, service area, presentation, and photos is provided by the user. Ratings and counts of jobs completed, where shown, are generated by Platform activity. Where the Platform indicates that a trade commonly requires a license, that is general information only: it is not a statement that any particular worker holds a license, nor that a license is or is not required for your project at the state, county, or municipal level.
6.3 Public-record information. The Platform does not currently display license information from government registries. If it does in the future, the information will be shown with the registry and the date it was consulted, and it will be a report of what the public record stated on that date — not a verification, certification, endorsement, or guarantee by TeamTerra. Public records change over time.
6.4 Your duty to verify. Hiring parties are solely responsible for independently verifying licenses (including through official sources such as myfloridalicense.com), insurance, and qualifications, and for determining and complying with all licensing and permitting requirements that apply to their project and jurisdiction before engaging any worker or service provider.
6.5 Professional services. Where the Platform facilitates contact with licensed professionals (for example, professional engineers or architects), TeamTerra facilitates contact only. The scope of any professional services — including review, calculation, and sealing of documents — is defined, negotiated, and performed solely between the professional and the client, under the professional's own licensing obligations. TeamTerra does not participate in, direct, or facilitate the practice of any licensed profession.
6.6 False credentials. Providing false credentials, certifications, licenses, or work history is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action (see Section 10).
7.1 Plans. Prices are in U.S. dollars; the current price is always shown before you pay.
7.2 Requests for personnel through WhatsApp. Hiring parties may describe the personnel they need through the WhatsApp Channel. The request is forwarded to TeamTerra staff, who may contact you about it. Sending a request is free and creates no obligation for you; TeamTerra does not guarantee that a worker will be found. If any paid service is offered to you, its price and terms will be shown before you are asked to pay.
7.3 Free trials. Free trials are available once per customer and are non-transferable.
7.4 Billing, renewal, payment problems, and cancellation.
The Platform may allow users to rate one another. Where ratings, averages, or counts of jobs completed are displayed, they reflect submissions by users and activity on the Platform; they are not statements, findings, or endorsements by TeamTerra, and TeamTerra does not author or verify them (see Section 2, Section 230). Attempting to manipulate ratings — including rating yourself through other accounts, exchanging ratings for compensation, or coercing another user regarding a rating — is prohibited.
Workers may choose to publish a free public digital business card (a "TerraCard") at a Platform web address such as teamterra.ai/w/your-name. Publication happens only with the worker's separate, express consent under the Public Profile Consent (teamterra.ai/card-consent), which lists what the card shows. A TerraCard never shows the worker's exact location or address, and the worker's phone number is never written on the card page. A TerraCard is public and may be indexed by search engines. You can take it down at any time by writing TARJETA BAJA (or CARD OFF) to the WhatsApp Channel; the page is then removed promptly. Replying STOP does not take down your TerraCard. A TerraCard web address is never reassigned to another person.
9.1 Contact button. If you accept contact sharing (by accepting these Terms, version 2.1 or later, in the WhatsApp Channel or in the app), your TerraCard shows a "Contact on WhatsApp" button. When a visitor taps it, TeamTerra opens a WhatsApp conversation with your WhatsApp number, with a short greeting that mentions TeamTerra and your first name. Your number is not written on the card page, but anyone who taps the button sees it in WhatsApp and may save or share it; TeamTerra cannot control what a visitor does with it, and visitors do not need a TeamTerra account to tap the button. TeamTerra records each tap (the card, the date and time, a one-way code made from the visitor's browser information with a daily key, and the site the visitor came from — never the visitor's phone number or name) and shows you the totals. You can turn the button off at any time by writing CONTACTO OFF to the WhatsApp Channel or to info@terrasolutionstech.ai; your TerraCard stays published without it, and you can turn it on again later by writing CONTACTO ON. If you do not accept contact sharing, your TerraCard stays as it is, without the button, and requests to contact you are handled through TeamTerra.
You agree NOT to use the Platform to:
YOU REPRESENT THAT ALL INFORMATION IN YOUR PROFILE IS ACCURATE AND TRUTHFUL. Providing false credentials, certifications, licenses, or work history is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.
TeamTerra may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms, without notice and without liability. On the WhatsApp Channel, repeated abusive or incoherent messages may lead to a warning and then to suspension of the conversation.
When your account is deleted:
The Platform, including its design, code, features, logos, and content created by TeamTerra, is the intellectual property of Terra Solutions Contractors & Investments LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By uploading content to the Platform (photos, profile information, messages), you grant TeamTerra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt (for example, resize or crop), display, and distribute that content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TEAMTERRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
TEAMTERRA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the total fees paid by you to TeamTerra in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeamTerra, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the Platform; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights; or any work performed or contracted through the Platform.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AND TEAMTERRA EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or by videoconference. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida, to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Small claims court actions (under $10,000) may be brought in the appropriate small claims court in Miami-Dade County, Florida, as an alternative to arbitration.

3.2 Asistente automatizado. Las conversaciones en el Canal de WhatsApp las atiende un asistente automatizado que usa inteligencia artificial y sistemas basados en reglas — no una persona, salvo que lo digamos expresamente. Por ahora el asistente responde en español. Las respuestas automatizadas pueden ser ocasionalmente inexactas o incompletas. Personal de TeamTerra puede revisar conversaciones del Canal con fines de calidad, seguridad y soporte. Algunas solicitudes las atiende personal de TeamTerra: los pedidos de personal enviados por partes contratantes (Sección 7.2), los mensajes que reportan una situación urgente de seguridad, las sugerencias de oficios que aún no están en nuestra lista y las fotos retenidas para revisión manual.
3.3 Notas de voz y fotos. Si envías una nota de voz, se convierte a texto con tecnología automatizada de voz a texto para que el asistente pueda procesarla. Las fotos que envías se revisan con tecnología automatizada de moderación de contenido; una foto sobre la que la revisión automática no puede decidir se mantiene privada hasta que se revise, y nunca se publica antes de ser aprobada. Los proveedores de servicio involucrados se describen en nuestra Política de Privacidad.
3.4 Perfiles creados por WhatsApp. Puedes crear un perfil de trabajador, o de parte contratante (seeker), directamente por el Canal de WhatsApp sin descargar la aplicación móvil (un "perfil de red"). Un perfil de red es una cuenta de TeamTerra para todos los efectos de estos Términos, identificada por tu número de teléfono. Cada cuenta tiene un solo rol (trabajador o parte contratante). Cuando la función esté disponible, podrás entrar a la misma cuenta en la aplicación móvil dando tu email y completando el enlace de activación que te enviamos.
3.5 Mensajes que recibes. Los mensajes que TeamTerra envía por WhatsApp, y cómo detenerlos, se describen en nuestra Política de Mensajería y Consentimientos (teamterra.ai/messaging). Cuando creas un perfil de trabajador, tocar [Acepto, crear perfil] es tu consentimiento expreso por escrito, firmado electrónicamente (Sección 1), para recibir mensajes de WhatsApp sobre tu perfil, oportunidades de trabajo y TeamTerra Pro, dentro de los límites de esa Política. Puedes detener los mensajes de WhatsApp en cualquier momento respondiendo STOP o BAJA, y reanudarlos escribiendo HOLA. La frecuencia de mensajes varía según tu actividad; pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos de tu operador.

SI USAS ESTA PLATAFORMA PARA BUSCAR U OFRECER TRABAJO:
Declaras y garantizas que estás legalmente autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos conforme a todas las leyes federales y estatales de inmigración y empleo aplicables, incluida la Immigration Reform and Control Act de 1986 (IRCA). Garantizas además que posees todas las visas de trabajo, permisos, autorizaciones y documentación requeridos por la ley de los Estados Unidos.
TEAMTERRA NO VERIFICA ESTATUS MIGRATORIO NI AUTORIZACIÓN DE EMPLEO. TeamTerra rechaza expresamente toda responsabilidad de verificar el estatus de autorización legal de trabajo de cualquier usuario. Cada usuario es el único responsable de su propio cumplimiento de todas las leyes de inmigración aplicables. Los contratistas, empresas y demás partes contratantes son los únicos responsables de realizar sus propias verificaciones de E-Verify y de autorización de trabajo según lo exija la ley, y declaran y garantizan que cumplen todas las leyes de inmigración y empleo aplicables cuando contratan a cualquier trabajador que conozcan a través de la Plataforma.
TODOS LOS USUARIOS DE ESTA PLATAFORMA QUE REALIZAN O RECIBEN TRABAJO SON CONTRATISTAS INDEPENDIENTES, NO EMPLEADOS DE TEAMTERRA. La relación entre trabajadores y partes contratantes establecida a través de esta Plataforma es de contratista independiente, no de empleo.
TeamTerra no:
Los trabajadores y las partes contratantes son los únicos responsables de:
6.1 Sin verificación, certificación ni respaldo. TeamTerra no verifica, certifica, respalda ni garantiza la identidad, credenciales, licencias, seguros, habilidades, calificaciones, calidad de trabajo ni cumplimiento legal de ningún usuario.
6.2 Información declarada y generada en la Plataforma. La información de perfil —nombre, oficio, años y nivel de experiencia, idiomas, zona de servicio, presentación y fotos— la proporciona el propio usuario. Las calificaciones y la cantidad de trabajos realizados, cuando se muestran, se generan por la actividad en la Plataforma. Cuando la Plataforma indica que un oficio suele requerir licencia, es solo información general: no afirma que un trabajador en particular tenga licencia, ni que tu proyecto requiera o no una licencia a nivel estatal, de condado o municipal.
6.3 Información de registros públicos. Por ahora la Plataforma no muestra información de licencias de registros gubernamentales. Si lo hace en el futuro, la información se mostrará con el registro y la fecha de consulta, y será un reporte de lo que el registro público decía en esa fecha — no una verificación, certificación, respaldo ni garantía de TeamTerra. Los registros públicos cambian con el tiempo.
6.4 Tu deber de verificar. Las partes contratantes son las únicas responsables de verificar de forma independiente las licencias (incluso en fuentes oficiales como myfloridalicense.com), los seguros y las calificaciones, y de determinar y cumplir todos los requisitos de licencias y permisos aplicables a su proyecto y jurisdicción antes de contratar a cualquier trabajador o proveedor de servicios.
6.5 Servicios profesionales. Cuando la Plataforma facilita el contacto con profesionales licenciados (por ejemplo, ingenieros profesionales o arquitectos), TeamTerra facilita únicamente el contacto. El alcance de los servicios profesionales — incluida la revisión, el cálculo y el sellado de documentos — se define, negocia y ejecuta únicamente entre el profesional y el cliente, conforme a las obligaciones de licencia propias del profesional. TeamTerra no participa en, dirige ni facilita el ejercicio de ninguna profesión licenciada.
6.6 Credenciales falsas. Proporcionar credenciales, certificaciones, licencias o historial de trabajo falsos es causal de terminación inmediata de la cuenta y puede dar lugar a acciones legales (ver Sección 10).
7.1 Planes. Los precios están en dólares estadounidenses; el precio vigente siempre se muestra antes de pagar.
7.2 Pedidos de personal por WhatsApp. Las partes contratantes pueden describir el personal que necesitan por el Canal de WhatsApp. El pedido se envía al personal de TeamTerra, que puede contactarte al respecto. Enviar un pedido es gratis y no crea ninguna obligación para ti; TeamTerra no garantiza que se encuentre un trabajador. Si se te ofrece algún servicio pago, su precio y condiciones se mostrarán antes de pedirte que pagues.
7.3 Pruebas gratis. Las pruebas gratis están disponibles una vez por cliente y no son transferibles.
7.4 Facturación, renovación, problemas de pago y cancelación.
La Plataforma puede permitir que los usuarios se califiquen entre sí. Cuando se muestran calificaciones, promedios o cantidades de trabajos realizados, reflejan lo enviado por usuarios y la actividad en la Plataforma; no son declaraciones, hallazgos ni respaldos de TeamTerra, y TeamTerra no las redacta ni las verifica (ver Sección 2, Sección 230). Manipular calificaciones — incluido calificarte a ti mismo con otras cuentas, intercambiar calificaciones por compensación o coaccionar a otro usuario respecto de una calificación — está prohibido.
Los trabajadores pueden optar por publicar una tarjeta digital pública gratuita (una "TerraCard") en una dirección web de la Plataforma como teamterra.ai/w/tu-nombre. La publicación ocurre solo con el consentimiento expreso y separado del trabajador bajo el Consentimiento de Perfil Público (teamterra.ai/card-consent), que detalla lo que muestra la tarjeta. Una TerraCard nunca muestra la ubicación exacta ni la dirección del trabajador, y el número de teléfono del trabajador nunca aparece escrito en la página de la tarjeta. Una TerraCard es pública y puede ser indexada por buscadores. Puedes darla de baja en cualquier momento escribiendo TARJETA BAJA (o CARD OFF) al Canal de WhatsApp; la página se retira con prontitud. Responder STOP no da de baja tu TerraCard. La dirección web de una TerraCard nunca se reasigna a otra persona.
9.1 Botón de contacto. Si aceptas compartir tu contacto (aceptando estos Términos, versión 2.1 o posterior, en el Canal de WhatsApp o en la app), tu TerraCard muestra un botón "Contact on WhatsApp". Cuando un visitante lo toca, TeamTerra abre una conversación de WhatsApp con tu número de WhatsApp, con un saludo breve que menciona a TeamTerra y tu primer nombre. Tu número no aparece escrito en la página de la tarjeta, pero cualquier persona que toque el botón lo ve en WhatsApp y podría guardarlo o compartirlo; TeamTerra no puede controlar lo que un visitante haga con él, y los visitantes no necesitan una cuenta de TeamTerra para tocar el botón. TeamTerra registra cada toque (la tarjeta, la fecha y hora, un código irreversible creado con la información del navegador del visitante y una clave diaria, y el sitio de donde vino el visitante — nunca el teléfono ni el nombre del visitante) y te muestra los totales. Puedes apagar el botón en cualquier momento escribiendo CONTACTO OFF al Canal de WhatsApp o a info@terrasolutionstech.ai; tu TerraCard sigue publicada sin él, y puedes volver a encenderlo después escribiendo CONTACTO ON. Si no aceptas compartir tu contacto, tu TerraCard sigue igual, sin el botón, y los pedidos para contactarte se gestionan a través de TeamTerra.
Aceptas NO usar la Plataforma para:
DECLARAS QUE TODA LA INFORMACIÓN DE TU PERFIL ES EXACTA Y VERAZ. Proporcionar credenciales, certificaciones, licencias o historial de trabajo falsos es causal de terminación inmediata de la cuenta y puede dar lugar a acciones legales.
TeamTerra puede remover cualquier contenido y suspender o terminar cualquier cuenta a su sola discreción por violación de estos Términos, sin aviso y sin responsabilidad. En el Canal de WhatsApp, los mensajes abusivos o incoherentes repetidos pueden llevar a una advertencia y luego a la suspensión de la conversación.
Cuando se elimina tu cuenta:
La Plataforma —su diseño, código, funciones, logos y contenido creado por TeamTerra— es propiedad intelectual de Terra Solutions Contractors & Investments LLC y está protegida por leyes de derechos de autor, marcas y demás leyes de propiedad intelectual.
Al subir contenido a la Plataforma (fotos, información de perfil, mensajes), otorgas a TeamTerra una licencia no exclusiva, mundial y libre de regalías para alojar, reproducir, adaptar (por ejemplo, redimensionar o recortar), mostrar y distribuir ese contenido únicamente en conexión con la operación y promoción de la Plataforma. Conservas la propiedad de tu contenido y puedes removerlo en cualquier momento.
LA PLATAFORMA SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD", SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUIDAS LAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR O NO INFRACCIÓN.
TEAMTERRA NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR:
LA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL ACUMULADA DE TEAMTERRA frente a ti por cualquier reclamo derivado de tu uso de la Plataforma no excederá el mayor de: (i) el total de tarifas que pagaste a TeamTerra en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo, o (ii) CIEN DÓLARES ($100.00).
INDEMNIZACIÓN: Aceptas indemnizar, defender y mantener indemne a TeamTerra, sus directivos, directores, empleados y agentes frente a cualquier reclamo, daño, pérdida o gasto (incluidos honorarios razonables de abogados) derivados de: tu uso de la Plataforma; tu violación de estos Términos; tu violación de derechos de terceros; o cualquier trabajo realizado o contratado a través de la Plataforma.
LEE ESTA SECCIÓN CON CUIDADO. AFECTA TUS DERECHOS LEGALES, INCLUIDO TU DERECHO A PRESENTAR UNA DEMANDA EN CORTE.
Toda disputa, reclamo o controversia que surja de o se relacione con estos Términos o con tu uso de la Plataforma se resolverá exclusivamente mediante arbitraje vinculante administrado por la American Arbitration Association (AAA) bajo sus Reglas de Arbitraje de Consumo, en lugar de en corte.
AL ACEPTAR ESTOS TÉRMINOS, TÚ Y TEAMTERRA RENUNCIAN AL DERECHO A JUICIO POR JURADO Y AL DERECHO A PARTICIPAR EN DEMANDAS COLECTIVAS O ARBITRAJES COLECTIVOS.
El arbitraje tendrá lugar en el condado de Miami-Dade, Florida, o por videoconferencia. La decisión del árbitro será final y vinculante y podrá registrarse como sentencia en cualquier corte competente.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, sin atender a sus principios de conflicto de leyes.
Cualquiera de las partes puede solicitar medidas cautelares de emergencia ante una corte competente del condado de Miami-Dade, Florida, para prevenir un daño irreparable mientras el arbitraje está pendiente. Las acciones de menor cuantía (menos de $10,000) pueden presentarse en la corte de menor cuantía correspondiente del condado de Miami-Dade, Florida, como alternativa al arbitraje.
