By accessing or using TeamTerra.ai ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Terra Solutions Contractors & Investments LLC, operating as TeamTerra.ai ("TeamTerra").
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including workers, contractors, companies, and seekers. TeamTerra reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
TeamTerra.ai is a technology platform that facilitates connections between skilled workers and contractors, businesses, or individuals seeking professional services in the construction and skilled trades industry. TeamTerra operates solely as a neutral technology intermediary.
TEAMTERRA IS NOT AN EMPLOYER, STAFFING AGENCY, OR EMPLOYMENT AGENCY.
Pursuant to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), TeamTerra is not the publisher or speaker of any user-generated content on the Platform, including profiles, messages, reviews, or portfolio content. TeamTerra bears no legal liability for content created by its users.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
IF YOU ARE USING THIS PLATFORM TO SEEK OR OFFER WORK:
You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to work in the United States under all applicable federal and state immigration and employment laws, including the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA). You further warrant that you possess all required work visas, permits, authorizations, and documentation required by United States law.
TEAMTERRA DOES NOT VERIFY IMMIGRATION STATUS OR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. TeamTerra expressly disclaims all responsibility for verifying the legal work authorization status of any user. Contractors and companies are solely responsible for conducting their own E-Verify checks and work authorization verification as required by law.
ALL USERS OF THIS PLATFORM WHO PERFORM OR RECEIVE WORK ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, NOT EMPLOYEES OF TEAMTERRA. The relationship between workers and hiring parties established through this Platform is that of independent contractor, not employment.

TeamTerra offers the following subscription tiers:
Free trials are available once per user and are non-transferable. Free trial eligibility is determined by email address and phone number. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is prohibited and will result in account termination.
When you start a free trial for a Pro subscription, Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) requires a valid payment method. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be automatically charged the subscription fee. You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no cost.
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are provided.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), or the web platform. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the applicable store. TeamTerra does not process refunds directly for in-app purchases.
TeamTerra reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
You agree NOT to use the Platform to:
YOU REPRESENT THAT ALL INFORMATION IN YOUR PROFILE IS ACCURATE AND TRUTHFUL. Providing false credentials, certifications, licenses, or work history is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.
TeamTerra reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms, without notice and without liability.
You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting info@terrasolutionstech.ai. Upon deletion:
The Platform, including its design, code, features, logos, and content created by TeamTerra, is the intellectual property of Terra Solutions Contractors & Investments LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By uploading content to the Platform (portfolio photos, profile information, messages), you grant TeamTerra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TEAMTERRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
TEAMTERRA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the total subscription fees paid by you to TeamTerra in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeamTerra, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the Platform; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights; or any work performed or contracted through the Platform.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AND TEAMTERRA EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or via videoconference. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida, to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Small claims court actions (under $10,000) may be brought in the appropriate small claims court in Miami-Dade County, Florida, as an alternative to arbitration.
